Fred R. Venerin is the Founder and President of Aven Consulting Group, a Florida-based advisory firm specializing in financial services, accounting, lending, and banking operations. With over a decade of experience across multiple finance disciplines, Fred leverages a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to help businesses optimize performance and compliance.
Fred began his career in Financial Services in 2003 interning as a Small Business Underwriting Intern for CNA Insurance in Maitland Florida. After graduating from Florida A&M University in 2005, Fred worked for then Wachovia Bank in their General Banks Associate Program learning all positions within the branch eventually spending multiple years managing branches and bankers through out the north and south east region of the United States. As the Banking landscape changed, in 2015 Fred began using his credit and accounting training to coach business owners on financial literacy within his community with Financial Workshops through the Chamber of Commerce and local community partners.
Over the years Fred has served various banks as a banker, manager, business banker achieving titles from Assistant Vice President through Senior Vice President. In these roles, he managed complex portfolios, structured credit facilities, and maintained robust risk management practices.
Drawing on this frontline experience, Fred founded Aven Consulting Group to offer tailored financial consulting solutions to small and mid-sized firms. His work spans tax preparation, bookkeeping, financial analysis, and operational compliance. As an authorized IRS Electronic Return Originator, he ensures clients receive precise, efficient filing support.
Under Fred’s leadership, Aven Consulting Group has grown a reputation for delivering personalized service and practical, data-driven recommendations. His hands-on approach helps clients streamline accounting workflows, strengthen internal controls, and make informed financial decisions.
