Your primary focus will be on client delivery—supporting the development of organizational structures, leadership frameworks, and strategic initiatives. Strong understanding of organizational structures, operating models, and performance frameworks
Proficient in applying strategic planning tools, analytical techniques, and consulting methodologies to solve business challenges
Ability to draw insights from comparable organizations and apply best practices to client-specific scenarios
Comfortable working independently on defined deliverables while collaborating effectively within a project team
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
